In this example, some of the codes have been very slightly modified to simulate the binary MoTa instead of the quaternary MoNbTaW. Some important changes are that the correlation data files have only 16 counts per row instead of 256 and the species numbers (in site occupations) are now 1 - Mo, 2 - Ta. Notably, the multiple histogram codes require no adjustment to account for the shift from a quaternary to a binary alloy.
